Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G amends and restates in its entirety the Schedule 13G originally filed by J.A. Cosmetics Corp. with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on February 13, 2017, (the “Original Filing”), solely for the purpose of correcting a computational error in the Original Filing.
